78-year-old Hmong Christian, A Hyum (also known as Ba Kol) was arrested in April 2012, on charges of ‘undermining the unity policy’, under Article 87 of the 1999 Penal Code. He was sentenced in May 2013 to eight years imprisonment, and is reportedly detained at Mang Yang Prison Camp.
