No Sharing of Personal Information

Voice of the Martyrs will never sell, lease, or trade your personal information. It is not publicly accessible. Unless we are compelled by a subpoena, court order or similar legal procedure to share your personal information with law enforcement, government officials or other third parties, it is accessed only by those who are authorised by Voice of the Martyrs and abide by strict confidentiality agreements. You can be assured that the information we maintain will only be used to support your relationship with Voice of the Martyrs.

Security

Voice of the Martyrs is committed to ensuring the security of your personal information. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the proper use of information, we have established and implemented appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Voice of the Martyrs uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Protocol when collecting or transferring sensitive data. Any information you enter is encrypted at your browser, sent over the public Internet in encrypted form, and then de-encrypted at our server.

Credit card information is collected directly on the site of our payment processor (Payment Express). It is never collected, stored, or transmitted through our servers and is not accessible by Voice of the Martyrs employees.

Cookies

From time to time, we may send a “cookie” to your computer. A cookie is a small piece of data that is sent to your browser from a Web server and stored on your computer’s hard drive. A cookie can’t read data off your hard drive or read cookie files created by other sites. Cookies do not damage your system. We use cookies to recognize you when you return to our sites and to maintain your shopping cart. We may use this information to better personalize the content you see on our sites.

Shipping Policy

All orders will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt and shipped by standard mail unless otherwise requested. Additional fees will be assessed for special handling. Call 03-352-9568 or email us for complete details.

Billing Policy

We accept Visa, and MasterCard. All online orders are processed through 128 bit SSL encryption to protect your credit card information during your online transaction. All prices and figures are listed in New Zealand dollars, unless otherwise stated.

Return Policy

If for any reason you find an item you’ve received from us less than satisfactory, please return it to us within 30 days of receipt. We’ll send you a replacement, a refund cheque, or credit your credit card as appropriate. Shipping fees to return the item(s) are not refundable unless incorrectly shipped, received damaged or defective.

Account policy

Voice of the Martyrs reserves the right to de-activate or remove any user accounts provided at www.gfa.org.nz without notice if a user has provided wrong information, has violated common Internet policies or if the account has been inactive for more than 60 days.

Charity Registration & New Zealand Tax Status

Voice of the Martyrs was registered as a charitable entity under the Charities Act 2005 on 13th November 2013. Our registration number is CC50771. Search our registration number on the The Charities Register at www.charities.govt.nz.

New Zealand Legislation excludes tax credits on donations that are used to foster religion in other countries. Because Voice of the Martyrs’s activities include sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ in the overseas countries where we serve, donations to Voice of the Martyrs are not eligible for tax credits.
